That's 6 feet high to the peak at the tallest point. Unfortunately, we couldn't go any taller than that because they would not be able to transport the building if we went above and beyond that height, so we maxed out our height top and bottom downstairs. Our ceiling height is 7 feet, so it's a fairly large building got a nice view out the back water over there currently in the process of pulling some of these boards up here to pull the insulation. The Builder had insulated in this section of flooring. That's exposed to the exterior this would be the covered porch.
We had the standard pane windows swapped out at them in the building process for proper, energy-efficient windows, upgraded to 2x6 construction versus the 2x4 that they normally sell these buildings with this area here is going to be the kitchen right when you walk in I'll. Have the kitchen over here and open concept, maybe with a little island to the to the living room area, quite possibly going to consider adding a patio door right over there just in front of the staircase wood stove will be going between these two windows.
This 4-foot section here, so we're a be doing spray. Foam insulation so I'll be pulling that all out and we got the view out the front. Quite a nice place to sit and have coffee on the deck in the mornings, so we're looking forward to it. Well pot lights, up top and down below all LED pot lights. Upstairs here is all a be tongue and groove pine rent.
