If you are trying to set up your patio on a small budget, you may end up looking towards plastic patio tables to do the trick. Plastic can come in a variety of designs and colors, to match most backyard décor choices. Weather also does it's dirty work on plastic. Over time, plastic that has been left in the sun will start to become more brittle and crack. Eventually the pieces will give way, likely when someone is sitting in them. Another drawback to plastic is they almost never look as attractive as you would like.
Patio tables come in a number of styles, shapes and sizes. Often you will be drawn by the aesthetics of patio tables before you ever see if they will suit your needs. That's ok, initially. But, before you buy, make sure the table you select will be one you love to be at, not one you just look at through the window.
When you first go shopping for patio tables and chairs you may be taken back by the price. It may seem those well-made patio tables and chairs are a major expense and are going to make a hard hit to your pocket book. But there are some things you need to keep in mind as you make this purchase. Instead of being like those old molded patio tables and chairs that you had to regularly replace as they cracked and broke in the sun, these patio tables and chairs will last for years and years to come. They may be a bigger expense up front, but better quality patio tables and chairs are worth it in the long run.
