Outdoor spaces, and today I'm actually going to try out this new line of outdoor furniture. That's designed to be put together without any tools that have storage built in and I can easily be moved from one space to another. That's easy to take apart, so I can move it easily and also for furniture that will easily adapt to new spaces. So I was really excited when swing furniture approached me to review their new line of outdoor furniture. They sent me a sofa, an armchair and an ottoman.
The first thing I noticed, while unpacking everything, is the beautiful wicker material which is actually made from recycled plastic bottles. All the frames are made with powder-coated aluminum, which is nice, because it makes all the pieces of this furniture really light and easy to handle, and it also happens to make the furniture rust-proof, which is what you want for outdoor furniture. Putting together. The chair was very simple.
First, I attach the arms to the back of the chair. Then I slip the bottom panel into place and then attach the front panel. These ratchet straps here are what make the design of this furniture really brilliant and something I haven't seen before by fishing, the straps through the channels of the frames and then tightening them with a ratchet.
The chair becomes an extremely sturdy piece of furniture all without any tools and, as someone that's put together a lot of furniture over the years. This system, to put the frames together with the ratchet straps, is much easier and one person can easily assemble every piece of furniture, even the sofa. Another design feature that I really love is the storage space, that's built into every piece of furniture. Now it isn't waterproof, but big zip lock bags and plastic bins are easy ways to keep everything dry. Now, of course, the cushions are made with high quality, outdoor foam and fabrics, the Smith to stay outside and take the Sun and the rain.
I took a bit of a break and took the furniture for a test-drive and I definitely give it a thumbs up for comfort, but I also wanted to see how easy it is to move. I took apart the ottoman and the chair, which was even easier than putting it together and all the pieces get nicely together in a way that it won't take up a lot of room and you need to store it, and it also makes it really easy to Move the chair easily fit into the trunk of this car and the ottoman on the back seat and since the furniture is so light, it was very easy for me to handle it and even bring it up a flight of stairs in a couple of trips.
